WHAT CONDITIONS DO YOU TREAT?
Acute or chronic pain, sports, vehicle or workplace injuries, pre or post-surgical rehabilitation, vestibular rehabilitation, TMJ, acupuncture or dry needling, we've seen it all! Our physiotherapists can see people of all ages and conditions.
Our massage therapists are skilled in various massage techniques. Whether you are looking for hot stone or craniosacral massage, sports or relaxation massage, TMJ or headaches, lower back pain or neck pain, they can help.
Our dietitian has experience with clients of all ages and conditions. He specializes in consultations related to diabetes, general nutrition, weight loss or weight gain.​

Our Canadian Certified Counsellor, Gloria Burgess Springer can see people of all ages and demographics for a variety of different issues. She is able to provide help with grief, parenting struggles, couples conflicts, current life stressors and more.

What are the fees for service?
Our fees for service change annually. Please call our helpful staff for pricing or check out our rates page.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Credit card (VISA, Mastercard and American Express), debit and cash.

DIRECT BILLING

Do you bill directly to private insurance companies?
We provide direct billing to many insurance policies including Manitoba Blue Cross, Canada Life, Sunlife, Manulife, Claim Secure, Green Shield Canada, Workers Compensation Board and Manitoba Public Insurance Corp and many more. If you don't see yours listed, ask us! Please note we are not able to provide direct billing for dietitian and counselling appointments. -
What do I need to provide to set-up direct billing?
At your first appointment, bring in your insurance card/insurance information that includes your certificate/policy numbers. For Workers Compensation Board, we require your injury claim number. For Manitoba Public Insurance, we require your bodily injury claim number. If you're not sure what to bring, don't hesitate to ask.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we kindly ask that you provide 24 hours notice. Otherwise, a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment may apply.

Cancellation policies exist because no shows and late cancellations affect all of us.

They affect the therapist. They lose out on compensation as that spot becomes hard to fill at the last minute.

They affect other clients. When you take up a spot, nobody else can book it.

They affect you. Your rehabilitation relies on consistency.

However, we get that life happens! We understand that our Winnipeg weather is unpredictable, or that our kids may become suddenly ill. Give us a call or reach out to us if this does happen to you and we will absolutely understand.
